1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all services and agreements offered by Amsterdam Taxi (hereinafter: “the company”).
1.2 By using our services, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
2.1 Amsterdam Taxi offers taxi services upon customer request.
2.2 The company strives to provide punctual and safe transportation but cannot be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.
3.1 Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or through other channels designated by the company.
3.2 Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. In case of late cancellation, a fee may be charged.
4.1 Payment for the services can be made in cash or by debit/credit card after the ride.
4.2 Any additional costs such as waiting time or extra services will be charged separately.
4.3 If the customer fails to pay on time, the company reserves the right to charge additional fees or interest.
5.1 Amsterdam Taxi endeavors to carry out rides safely and punctually but cannot be held liable for damages resulting from delays, accidents, or loss of property, unless due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the company.
5.2 The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their own negligence or intentional behavior.
6.1 Complaints regarding the service must be submitted in writing or by email as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the relevant ride.
6.2 The company aims to respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
7.1 Amsterdam Taxi respects the privacy of its customers and complies with applicable data protection laws. Personal data is used only for the provision of services and is not shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.

8.1 Amsterdam Taxi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2 Any changes will be published on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed of the applicable terms and conditions.
9.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements between Amsterdam Taxi and the customer.
9.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
